Brian Cannon - President
Brian Cannon, is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of financial and operations management experience and a keen understanding of the challenges facing rapidly growing technology companies. Brian's experience includes Chief Financial Officer of Reinvent Technology, a Vancouver based, private company that owns and manages one of the world’s largest internet domain name portfolios, and being a member of the senior management team at Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects, an SAP company), that grew the company from $10M to $305M in annual revenue over eight years. In 2003, Brian managed the successful integration of sales operations when Crystal Decisions was acquired by Business Objects in a $1.2 billion deal.

Torgeir Braaten - Manager, Product Management
Torgeir Braaten loves working with customers to design easy-to-use software products that meet their needs. Most recently Torgeir was employed by Vancouver-based Business Objects (formerly Crystal Decisions), where for over 14 years he worked in a number of customer facing roles, including Tech Support, Sales Engineering, Training, Marketing, and Public Relations, before moving over into Product Management to focus on Crystal's enterprise product strategy. During his tenure with Crystal, Torgeir participated in the development and launch of seven major enterprise product releases, and worked with many Fortune 100 companies on their enterprise reporting solutions for their global business needs. For the last two years of his tenure, Torgeir was the product lead on Crystal/Business Object's enterprise product - overseeing the whole lifecycle of delivery on this enterprise product.

Oliver Woolgar - Manager, Product Development
Oliver Woolgar brings to Assured over 10 years of software development experience building products and leading development teams in large technology companies (SAP, Business Objects, Crystal Decisions, Seagate Software) that are acknowledged to employ quality standards that are amongst the highest in the software world. Oliver is responsible for implementing these world-class software development processes within Assured to ensure that our customers receive products of the highest quality.

Randy Beres - Manager, Sales
Randy Beres is a senior Sales and Operations leadership executive with a 23 year background in leading diverse professional sales organizations that include inside, outside and partner/channel sales teams. Randy has a wide range of industry experience including software, IT technology, and telecommunications in companies ranging in size from start up to Fortune 100. Randy was most recently Director of Sales at TELUS ; prior to which he was Vice-President of Sales at Group Telecom where he led a team of 52 Sales and Sales Engineers that delivered $175M in revenue in 2007. Randy was also a key member of the Sales Operations team that led Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects, an SAP company) through 11 straight quarters growth to annual revenues of $305 million.

Paul Winckers - Manager, Finance and Customer Service
Paul Winckers is a professional Chartered Accountant with 10 years of financial management experience leading technology companies. Paul has been with Assured Software since 2002 when the company had five employees, and has implemented many of the systems and processes that have contributed to the growth and stability of the Company. Paul leads Support and Customer Training and Implementation. He is passionate about helping customers get value from their investment.

Sarah Markwick - Manager, Talent Development and Culture
Sarah is an HR professional with over 10 years experience of partnering with management to help create great places to work. Her broad skill set ranges from training and development and employee recognition to corporate communication and strategic planning. Sarah joined Assured Software in June of 2010 after working with companies in the Hospitality, Mining, and Technology sectors. She is passionate about building great teams and great workplaces.
